Enquidity is a boutique business advisory firm specialising in energy market rules, both on EU and country level. We help our clients monitoring market rules changes in traded energy and carbon markets. Our goal is to add value to your business by providing clarity: about regulatory and political processes and timelines, about stakeholder positions and motivation, and – most importantly – about how regulatory decisions will affect your specific asset position.

Whether you are about to enter a market, expand your operations or invest in new assets – we provide the information you need and support your implementation process.

Our services cover gas, electricity and carbon market rules. Through a network of associated experts with 10+ years of experience in generation, supply & trading or system operation we are able to cover multiple European markets, particularly Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy.

We explain – and translate – existing market design and entry requirements, issue early warnings on upcoming regulatory trends or decisions and help your in-house regulatory affairs or commercial teams to understand the different options a consultation offers.

Would you like to forecast the development of your transmission costs over the next mid-term period?
Would you like the national regulatory authority to understand (and remember) your position on the network development plan?

Do you need somebody facilitating a workshop or conference who actually understands your business? Or do you want somebody to provide new colleagues with an onboarding training opening their minds to the wonders of EU energy regulation – we identify, package and deliver the facts your business needs to thrive.

You might still use a beckoning cat though. Additionally.

Enquidity is a compound of energy and liquidity.
